MediaFire Setup
Configure your MediaFire account to work with MV Tools for seamless file management, transfer, sync, and backup capabilities.
Setup Instructions
1 Register MediaFire Account
Go to https://www.mediafire.com/ and sign up for a MediaFire account if you don't already have one.
2 Register Developer Account
Visit https://www.mediafire.com/developers/ and sign in with your MediaFire account credentials to register as a developer.
3 Create Application
In the MediaFire Developer Portal, create a new application and follow the setup instructions provided.
4 Obtain Client ID and Client Secret
After creating your application, you'll be provided with a Client ID and Client Secret. Copy these values and enter them into the MV Tools software when prompted for MediaFire drive configuration.
Alternative: Use System App
If you find the above steps too complicated, you can use the "Use System App" feature within MV Tools. This option uses a pre-configured system application, which is easier to set up but may have more usage limitations since it's shared among multiple users.
