How Data Is Handled
Cloud authorizations are stored separately from MV Tools upload-to-cloud settings and are used only for your connected transfer accounts. Transfer jobs are isolated per account, and the selected file is moved between connected cloud providers without becoming a permanent MV Tools upload.

Do I need to sign in to transfer a file?
Yes. The page can be viewed anonymously, but you will need an MV Tools account before connecting cloud storage or creating a transfer task.
Which cloud providers are supported?
Dropbox and pCloud are available now. The provider layer is designed to support more cloud services as they are added.
Will the file be downloaded to my computer?
The transfer service moves one file between cloud providers on the server side, so the file does not need to pass through your computer.
Are these cloud accounts the same as cloud-save accounts?
No. Cloud-transfer authorizations will use a separate connection area and separate records from the existing video-download cloud-save settings and put.io integration.
Can I transfer a whole folder?
This tool focuses on one selected file per task. Folder and batch transfers are not available.
