Data deletion requests
Server-generated files and temporary service data are designed to expire automatically, usually within 30 minutes.
Security reports
If you find a security issue, report it by email with enough detail to reproduce the problem.
Purchase, balance, and refund help
For a purchase, service-traffic balance, missing credit, duplicate charge, or refund question, email hi@mv.tools from the account email address. Include the order reference, approximate purchase time, and a short description; never send card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials by email.
