Acceptance

By using MV Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Permitted use

MV Tools is provided for lawful productivity, conversion, security, download, and document workflows. You may use the tools only for content, URLs, files, and data that you own, are authorized to process, or are legally allowed to use.

Prohibited use

You must not use MV Tools to:

• violate copyright, privacy, security, or other legal rights;
• download, copy, distribute, or process content without authorization;
• attack, scan, overload, or interfere with networks, systems, or websites;
• submit malware, abusive content, or illegal material;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security restrictions;
• use URL or webpage tools to access internal, private, or unauthorized resources.

Temporary files

Server-generated files are temporary and may be deleted automatically. The current default retention period is 30 minutes. MV Tools is not a file hosting, backup, or storage service.

Security and cryptography tools

AES, RSA, password, and related tools are provided for general utility. You are responsible for choosing safe parameters, protecting passwords and private keys, and understanding whether a tool runs locally or requires server processing.

No warranty

MV Tools is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, compatibility, recoverability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MV Tools is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including lost files, failed conversions, disclosure of submitted data, third-party claims, or misuse of generated results.

Service changes

Tools may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time. These terms may also be updated as the service evolves.
