Terms of Use

By using MV Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate, protecting your password, and all activity under your account. You should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Use MV Tools only for content, URLs, files, and data that you own, are authorized to process, or are legally allowed to use.

Google Drive and Dropbox integrations are optional. By connecting an account, you authorize MV Tools to create folders and upload files you manually select. You remain responsible for the provider account, storage, content, and provider terms.

Availability depends on the provider. Removing a connection revokes its authorization but does not delete files already uploaded.

Server-generated files are temporary and may be deleted automatically. The current default retention period is 30 minutes.

You may delete your account or sign out active sessions when those options are available. MV Tools may suspend accounts, revoke sessions, or refuse requests to protect the service, users, or third parties.

AES, RSA, password, and related tools are provided for general utility. You are responsible for safe parameters and key handling.

MV Tools may apply limits for file size, rate, runtime, storage, accounts, or temporary services. Processing may fail for technical or security reasons.

MV Tools is provided as-is and as-available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MV Tools is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.

Google, Apple and Microsoft are optional ways to create and access an MV Tools account. Maintain access to the provider account and comply with its terms. Provider outages or changes may affect sign-in availability.

Deleting your MV Tools account removes its local sign-in connections and does not delete your Google, Apple or Microsoft account. Do not impersonate another person or bypass identity or security controls.

Cloud Transfer lets you transfer one selected file between connected cloud accounts. You authorize the provider permissions and remain responsible for the source, destination, file name, file contents, storage capacity, and any overwrite or duplicate-file result. If you provide a cloud app client ID or secret, you must be authorized to use that app and must keep the credentials accurate and under your control.

MV Tools may use cloud transfer service and short-lived server processes to perform the requested transfer. Availability, limits, provider permissions, and transfer behavior depend on the selected provider. Disconnecting a cloud account does not delete files already stored with that provider.

A first MV Tools account receives 1000 MiB at creation. During its first five UTC calendar days, it may claim 100 MiB once per day, for at most 1500 MiB of new-account traffic. Deleted and re-registered accounts do not receive these one-time rewards again. Traffic does not expire. A server-assisted file task requires a positive available balance to start. When it successfully stores its output on MV Tools, its actual output size is deducted up to the remaining available balance; if the balance is insufficient, it is reduced to zero. Failed tasks do not consume traffic. Browser downloads and save-to-cloud actions do not create a separate charge.

Service traffic is a non-transferable service allowance, not money or stored value. It cannot be exchanged for cash. MV Tools may withhold, correct, reverse, or limit traffic for technical errors, duplicate rewards, fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass service or security limits. Refund eligibility for unused paid traffic is described below. A balance does not guarantee that a requested job can be completed.

Service-traffic packages offer 5 GB for $1.00 USD or 100 GB for $9.99 USD as a one-time purchase. MV Tools calculates 1 GB as 1024³ bytes. The price, currency, package, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

A purchase requires a signed-in MV Tools account. Service traffic is credited only after MV Tools receives and verifies the payment confirmation from the payment provider; returning to the site alone does not prove payment. Failed, cancelled, expired, or unverified payments do not add traffic.

You may submit an unused paid package for refund review in your account within 7 calendar days of purchase. Once any traffic from that paid package has been used, it is not refundable except for a duplicate charge, a crediting error, an unavailable service caused by MV Tools, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Service traffic is a non-transferable service allowance, not money or stored value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. MV Tools may correct duplicate, fraudulent, or erroneous credits or debits. Deleting an account removes access to its remaining balance; do not delete an account while you have an unresolved purchase or support request.

Refund eligibility is assessed when you submit a request and may be checked again before approval. A qualifying unused paid package may be submitted for review within 7 calendar days of purchase; a request does not mean a refund is automatic.

If your account has an eligible package, a pending refund request, or an approved refund awaiting its outcome, account deletion is unavailable until that refund matter is resolved. After account deletion, you lose access to any remaining service traffic.

The monthly subscription costs $4.99 USD and renews automatically each month until canceled. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

30 GB with each successful monthly payment. Unused traffic accumulates and does not expire.

Cancel automatic renewal in your account. Node access lasts through the paid period; credited traffic remains available afterward.

Use up to 30 of your own HTTP proxy nodes for Video Downloader and Instagram Downloader. Successful personal-node results use no MV Tools service traffic.

You manage the proxy cost, bandwidth and availability. A node does not guarantee access or remove source restrictions; shared task and concurrency limits still apply.

Platform processing requires a positive available traffic balance. Active subscribers can use enabled personal nodes with no platform balance; successful personal-node results use no platform traffic.

First subscription only: request a refund within 7 days if its original 30 GB remains entirely unused. Personal-node use does not disqualify you. Renewals are not covered, except where required by law.

Use this tool only for an iCloud library you own or are authorized to access and export. You authorize MV Tools to read the library and prepare the exports you request. This is independent of Apple sign-in to MV Tools and is not an Apple-operated service. Apple authentication, trusted-device approval, iCloud web access and Advanced Data Protection requirements still apply; the tool does not bypass them. Availability may change with Apple services or account settings.

The tool is read-only and does not delete originals or free iCloud storage. Current limits are 500 library items and 20 GB of successful file data per export, with one active export per MV Tools account. Exports expire 24 hours after task creation. Download and check your copies before expiry; this is temporary export processing, not permanent storage or an automatic ongoing backup. ZIP files do not recreate the full Apple Photos library, album structure or edit history.

Browsing and previews do not consume service traffic. Starting a new export, including a retry, requires a positive available balance. Once the ZIP files have been generated successfully, traffic is settled once for the actual bytes of successfully exported photos and videos, including any exported Live Photo video component. Failed files, ZIP overhead and manifests are excluded. Partial success charges only the successful files. A failed or cancelled task with no downloadable result is not charged; an insufficient balance is reduced only to zero.

Retrying failed files charges only newly successful file versions; starting a new full export is a new task. Downloading an existing result again or saving it to a connected cloud does not create another traffic charge. Once file generation is complete and traffic settlement begins, the task can no longer be cancelled. Not downloading a ready result, or allowing it to expire, does not reverse its traffic use. The paid-traffic and refund provisions elsewhere in these terms continue to apply.

Tools may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time.
