PUB Viewer & Converter

Open a Microsoft Publisher PUB file online, preview every page, and download PDF or high-resolution PNG output.

Before converting an Office publishing file

Use the PDF or PNG as a reviewed delivery copy, not as proof that every editable PowerPoint or Publisher feature survived.

  • Keep the original PPT/PPTX or PUB file.
  • Check representative pages for fonts, linked assets, colors, and complex effects.
  • Download and inspect the PDF before sharing it.

This upload is processed temporarily in a restricted server conversion environment. Download results promptly and do not treat the service as storage.

FAQ

Do I need Microsoft Publisher?

No. The server uses open-source document import and rendering components.

Will the converted file look exactly the same?

Not always. Missing fonts, linked images, WordArt, color profiles, and complex layout effects can render differently.

Why is the PNG download a ZIP?

Publisher files can contain multiple pages, so each page is included as a separate PNG in one archive.

Can I edit the converted document?

This tool is intended for viewing and export. The PDF and PNG outputs are not a replacement for editing the original layout.
