What This Tool Does

Upload a PES or DST file to render its actual needle-down stitch paths. The viewer reports design dimensions, stitch count, color blocks, jumps and trims, lets you replay the sewing sequence, and provides transparent PNG and scalable SVG downloads.

How Data Is Handled

Parsing runs in a network-disabled sandbox with strict file, stitch, coordinate, memory, time and output limits. Uploads and generated files are deleted automatically after 30 minutes.

FAQ

What is the difference between PES and DST?

PES commonly stores Brother/Baby Lock design data and can include thread colors. DST is a widely supported Tajima stitch format but normally does not preserve a reliable color palette.

Can this convert a photo into PES or DST?

No. Turning artwork into a production-ready embroidery file requires digitizing decisions such as stitch type, density, underlay and pull compensation.

Why do DST colors look different?

DST files generally contain color-change commands but not exact thread colors, so the viewer assigns a stable preview palette that you can adjust on screen.

Are jump stitches shown as sewn lines?

No. Jump and trim commands are counted, but only needle-down stitch paths are drawn.
