Treat server conversion as temporary handling, not storage

All three workflows upload the source to server-side FFmpeg processing and create a temporary output file. They are configured for 30-minute retention with scheduled cleanup every 10 minutes. That configuration is an operational limit, not exact deletion timing, an archive, or a guarantee that every transient copy is removed at one particular moment.
